Składasz odpowiedni PIT (chyba 6) w US o rezysgnacji z VAT'u.

Ale są dziedziny, które na to nie pozwalają (np jubilerstwo).

A potem trzeba kontrolować na bierząco obrót gdy zbliża się
do ustalonej przepisami granicy.
