Could some UW guru please give me a hint regarding the Bullfrog puzzle? I have no idea what the stupid wand does (except say "Reset Activated"). I can see the large secret door across the levers, but I can't open it. (I really don't want to try the 8*8*2*2=256 combinations of the levers and buttons!) I've travelled throughout that room waving (using) the wand to no avail. Thanks, David + David D. The upper button move some of the floor up a little each time you press it, and the lower one lower the same potion of the floor. You need to test out moving the floor up and down so that you eventually can create some sort of plateform so that you can move across to the other side. (note: if you know the walk on air spell, and have a level high enough to cast it, you don't even have to solve the puzzle :) bern

As you face the dials, there will be a large square area off to your left surrounded by water. Imagine an X Y grid of smaller squares in that area. One dial controls the X and one dial controls the Y. The two buttons move the smaller block up or down one step. Change the dials, press the top button, then run down to see what happened. Gee, maybe you could build a ramp to get to the ledge you can see if you look up at the appropriate spot. If you are far enough in the game, you can also cast FLY or LEVITATE to reach the same spot, but it's not nearly as much fun. . . Enjoy, -Steve- -- Steve Poulsen, Integrated Measurement Systems, Inc.
