Hi, A long time ago (around 1988) I played a game on the Mac. You were a Private Detective and during your investigation you had to travel a lot, one of the destinations were Las Vegas I believe. From time to time a thug popped up and if you did not defend yourself you were killed. If anyone recognizes the game on my vague description I would like to know the name of it. A bonus would be if anyone knows if it is available today and where, and if so if is it converted to the PC since I converted many years ago.

I think it was called "Deja Vu". It is most definately Deja Vu 2: Lost in Las Vegas (2nd in the Deja Vu series) A whole group of similar games were put out my Mindscape in that time frame. Univited was the first, then Deja Vu, then ShadowGate, then DV 2. I own them all, and they actually still run (if i remember correctly.) What great games! Not sure on where to get them, or how many of the titles are/where available for PC, as I had the Mac versions. Hope that helps at least! LRB
