So, I've figured out that I need to know the mad wizard's name.
How do I find out what it is?  Please don't just give the name.

Also, How do I find news of Ossikka?  I killed the gazer in the wizard's
room upstream in level 3.  The book there wasn't it.

Haven't gotten there yet, so can't help you

Swim upstream on level 3 and you'll find some hints
regarding Ossikka...

I found the room with the gazer, but no news of Ossikka.  You might
have to be more specific.  BTW:  I'm on level 6 now.

The information that I was referring to is on a secluded flat
in the NE area of the stream... however, there was no book there,
just a scroll... in any case, it was sufficient info for Ish'tass...
