Commander Keen!

Here are a couple of questions for you Commander Keen fans out there:

1) Have you purchased the non-Shareware Commander Keen games, and are they
"worth it"? I realize that this is subjective, but the basic idea is,
"Are the commercial versions 'just like' the demo game, or are they MORE
    sophisticated, MORE tricky, etc.
2) There is a temple in the Demo Game with a hand on it which is (so far)
inaccessable. Without posting the actual spoiler (if there IS one),
my question is: IS this temple accessable? Is the access method something
one can find within the game, or is it one of those arcane "Hold down the
shift and escape keys while chanting 'The Internationale' and waving one
foot in the air and you can get in" kinds of answers?
If the access method is something within the game I'd like to try to find
it myself -- if it's arcane, I guess I wouldn't mind the spoiler.

Thanks!

Yes, the temple is accessable, but it is very difficult to
find on your own. Here's a hint: You will find two hints during the
game. One helps you find the swimming gear, and the other helps you get
to the pyramid of the forbidden.

Now THAT is a good hint! FWIW, I've never gotten past that temple without
losing two or three keens. Those blue dudes are murder. :)

Since you offered --- On the first level of Keen4, there's a place where
you can get like 8 extra keens. I can get there once in about 50 tries.
Is there a way to get there consistently?

Jeff
