Usenet PlayMaker Football League: Call for new participants If you have PlayMaker Football for the PC, read on... The second season of the Usenet PlayMaker Football League recently concluded, and more players are needed for the next season, which is tentatively scheduled to start at the end of June. The basic idea: We play a league schedule and playoffs, one game per week. Each week you revise your playbook's plays and AI and email the playbook file to the commissioner, who runs that week's games and publishes the results and weekly standings. Games are run as computer versus computer coaching, using the AI you build into your playbook. The winner of the PlayMaker Bowl at season's end wins the respect of his peers, and a custom T-shirt.
