        I thought I saw mention of a Falcon 3.1 program, either coming out 
or currently available.  Does anyone have this or know of it?

Spectrum Holobyte considered calling the 3.0D patch version 3.1
because it has a lot of additional features and improvements over 3.0.
No 3.1 exists, I don't think.
