I am getting frustrated with the poor performance of several modern
flight simulator programs on my PC (SWOTL, WC II).  My system is a 16
MHz 386SX and an ATI VGA Wonder.  Screen updates are so slow that
SWOTL is almost unplayable.  Is the bottleneck the CPU or the VGA
board?  Would a modern VGA board like a Diamond Speedstar ET-4000
produce a major improvement in speed?  Is upgrading to a 386DX-40 or a
486DX-33 the answer?
