Cooperative multiplayer - where is it?

Hi All,

Playing games cooperatively against the computer is the best fun in my
opinion. It is dissapointing to see how few cooperative multiplayer games
exist. This is particularly true in the case of RPGs. Playing through
Baldur's Gate with my wife was fantastic.
I want more of these games!
I will comment on a few games that would (have) be(en) great in
cooperative mode:
Caesar III/Pharaoh - you could divide the responsibilities and manage a
city together. Each player could have an allocated budget.
Rollercoaster Tycoon - same as above
Planescape: Torment - it was my biggest dissapointment that this game
does not have multiplayer support, but after all I forgive Black Isle,
because it would be reading a book together
Fallout 2 - the village should have sent two people to get a GECK
X-Wing Alliance
Nox - This upcoming Diablo-like RPG will NOT have coop multiplayer

And the list could go on. I think most games today would do better if they
supported cooperative multiplayer. Even shooters should have this mode,
like Quake 2.

If you agree let your voice be heard!!!
