C64 emulator or M.U.L.E. for PCs?

I'm planning to sell my old C64 system which my family used for gaming.
Problem is, there are a few games which we really enjoyed which are
not available on IBM PCs (as far as I know) -- e.g. M.U.L.E. and Archon.

Is there such as thing as a C64 emulator which runs on PCs? If not, does
anyone know of any MULE-like or Archon-like games for the PC?

Thanks!
John Brown
