If you think you finished Pools of Darkness, you might have missed something. After killing the ultimate evil guy (demon), the game puts you on the map again (at least in the PC-version). Go to Phlan and in Phlan to the Docks. You got the choice between two ships, the fine ship and the chalange ship. The fine ship only takes you out of the game, but the chalange ship takes you to the hardest Dungeon ever in a Computergame. My 30th level characters with AC of -20 and all Abilities on 25 died several times before I completed it. (Your are without magic most of the time, and may rest only three times) Ok, but now my question: After the last two finishing fights, you end up in a big room. There is a secret exit and in one corner you have to Answer a question: "What is the Mystery Clue ?" I have no clue what to answer. So if you know the answer (perhaps a programmers joke) post it and please email it to me (see below) to make sure I get it. PS: Excuse the bad english (I'm german after all). -- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | Udo Wagner | | email: wag...@vzdmze.zdv.uni-mainz.de | | And remember: ----------------> DWARVES do it BETTER <------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
