Simply: set to "Death Incarnate" (of course) and then
try for the LOWEST kill ratio you can possibly get.
Let's call this "Dove Mode" :-). Run through the
maze, getting the keys you need and picking up as
much treasure as possible, but only shoot people
who actually block your passage. Of course, to find
out who can/will actually block you, you must get
v-e-r-y close, which means a wimp-guard can take you
out in 4-5 shots.

I have yet to survive Level 10 playing this way.

BTW, here's my $0.02 on the Germany Restriction (also
see my other *SPOILER* post for a lengthy comment):
I respect it, and as a consequence am restricting
the distribution of my posts to USA. I know nothing
prevents someone in Germany from ftp'ing direct from
e.g. Wuarchive, but for those who don't know how,
it seems unfair to expose them to a discussion of
a forbidden game.

I'm a firm believer in the 1st Amendment, but a)
that's a U.S., not international, law (hey, why
do you think I live here? :-) and b) In this
particular instance we are walking on very thin
ice.
