I'm an author of an amusing, addictive game for Win 3.1 and Win 95.

Filler is a game for 1 or 2 players. The screen is filled with small
colored hexagons. The objective is to accumulate as many hexagons
as possible. By changing the color of your hexagons you acquire all
neighboring hexagons of the color you chose. The player to collect
more than 688 hexagons wins.
