UW II Character Editor??

Does anyone know of a UW II character Editor.  I got one called uw2edit
of the net but it does not allow for modification of the items that you
carry.  I had one for uwI that allow me to change the quanity of items
that I was carrying, usefull to give more oil for lamps when you are on
the last one.  Also useful to charge wands to 50 charges.  

Also when I use the one I have uw2exit.exe the changed in mana, and
vitality are undone when I advence in experience and advance a level
the my mana and vitality go back to a normal small value.
