Yes you can.  When I was active in AW (6215 JAKE -[WH]-) I personally
knew some pilots who made 'modifications' on their aircraft.  Stuff like
instant acceleration, tons o' ammo, etc. can really come in handy.  GEnie
/Kesmai really frowns on this, and they say they check for 'hacked' planes
but I don't see how they can catch everything.  If you have a good sector
editor and know some assembly you may be able to do it yourself.  I highly
doubt someone has made an 'editor' for it though.
