Looking for Taipei or similar game...

Hello to all game players.

My simple question or query is:

Where can I find an updated version of the taipei game, sometimes
called MahhJong (I hope I spelled that correctly). It is a Windows
game, and I know there is a copy (version 3 or 3.1) existing at common
FTP sites. However, this version, although it allow random games,
does not allow random styles of game boards. I have played, in the
past (about 1 year ago), a Windows version of this game. The version
I played not only had random game numbers, but also allowed the user
to choose from a variety (about 8 or so) different game board layouts.

I was hoping that the 'net wisdom would provide me a answer to my
query or at least a suggestion of where to find the latest version I
am talking about (I can't get it from where I originally played it
because it was deleted by accident!).

Perhaps someone has it and would be so kind as to tell me where they
got it. Or perhaps, you have heard or seen this game before too.

I would greatly appreciate any help and time you could offer. Thank
you so kindly in advance. Lastly, although e-mail is preferred, it is
not necessary.
