🚀 go-pugleaf

I've reached Erstam's Isle. There I spoke to him and his slave, collected
the Phoenix egg, created Boydon and finally got the key from the shed. There
I collected the jawbone and brought it back to Erstam. From him I received
a total of three teeth and from Moonshade I collected another one, which
makes a grand total of four teeth. Then I walk to the Serpent Gate, put all
teeth in the jawbone and double-clicked the gate. The screen blackens, I
hear a strange sound, and when the screen brightens again I'm no inch further
than when I started! I'm still at the Serpent Gate of Erstam's Isle! To make
matters worse, my companions and I will freeze because after the failing
transportation it keeps getting colder, no matter what I do.
WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?

I've read articles from this group and a walkthrough, but no hint about what
I'm possibly doing wrong. One thing strikes me though: All keep telling me
that the turtle is supposed to leave after I reach Erstam's Isle, but it
hasn't moved an inch in the two days I'm on the isle.

Could somebody help me please? Thanks in advance,
