Sounds like a plan.  You might want to upload to one of the binaries newsgroups.
I also have the sound and scenery upgrades.  I have sporadically been working
at constructing my home base of Centennial (APA) which is outside of Denver.
It is not yet suitable for posting, but when and if it is, I'll upload it.
