I haven't played LSL3 in a while because I got stuck.  From talking to a friend
who has played the game, I believe I need a land deed to give to the showgirl.
My friend said that I need to get the deed from the lawyers, but whenever I see
the lawyers they are always busy.  What am I doing wrong?
