Hi,
  I just got the patch for GS2000 and I see in the menu you can do 
joystick and keyboard, joystick and rudder, etc.  I bought the game
and have the manual and everything and I can't find anything in there
that explains the controls.  Does anyone have the answers?  I only have	
one joystick.  Can I use the keyboard as rudder while I fly with the
joystick?  That combination is what the designer of GS2000 said was best.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
