I found the serect room, but the machine gun looked the same as the "normal" machine gun you get on other floors. I was able to get the big guy with the normal machine gun. After opening the door, you have to step back 4-5 steps, and then spray him with bullets. You have to pump about 20-40 slugs into him before he dies. If you stay by the door, he'll get you every time. Has anyone purchased the "real" game? The freebee has very nice graphics and sound (on my SoundBlaster), and the VR effect is fast and smooth, but the game is a bit boring after a while. I liked the AppleII version better. I didn't get to many of the secret rooms, or get all of the treasure, but the game doesn't seem to care if you do or not. Are all the secret rooms only behind walls? Is there anything in the barrels or boxes? Are there any Top Secret Plans to be found? Can you make one of the dogs your pet, and teach him to fetch? Wolf3d is a great start, but the authors need to beef it up a lot before I'll be willing to shell out $30-50 for more of the same.
