Conquest of Elysium 3 is the new game by Illwinter (makers of Dominions 3).
It is available now at http://www.desura.com/games/conquest-of-elysium-3

The intial responses have been favorable. But there is no demo available 
yet so let me save you some time. 

IF you have played an Illwinter game before then its a fast, less micro-
manage version of Dominions 3. Good depth of strategy, unique nations with 
more coming, and LOTS of replayability. Well worth the money.

IF you have NOT played an Illwinter game, then dont bother. Its a $30 game 
with ancient style 2D graphics and a square-tile sort of map that looks 
like a board game with pieces moving on it. You will only complain about 
it.
