HOMM VI anyone?

Anyone from around here snagged this one yet? It pretty much looks
the same as the last one, which may or may not be a good thing. I
know I'll eventually get it anyway but I wouldn't mind hearing your
take on it. It's not a question of money so much as it it finding
time to play these days.

thanks,
Eric

There is a demo you can download and try. I attempted to play it, and
was promptly told that my computer did not have a large enough video
card memory. Go to their web site and look up the specs. If your
computer can handle it -- try the demo and then decide.

I've been playing HOMM V for years, and still am -- so I was a bit
disappointed that I could not run HOMM VI without some major upgrades.

I didn't know there was a demo. I'll try to try it.

Thank you,
Eric

Not the same as V. There's a good discussion of the game and the
changes they've made to it here:
