I could use just a little help about death settlers. OK, my ghouls kill merlins settlers, and I get death settlers. But they can not build death cities. I have heard that it has to be during a bad moon, but I haven't tried it yet. I also read somewhere that it had to be next to a death node. A What???? I do not recall ever seeing a death node. Does it exist? What only during bad moons? How do I find it? Also, what does a death city give you? Skeletons, Ghouls and nasties like that. Do they cost any upkeep? Please answer!
