Is it in the hands of OEMs?  Is it possible to buy yet?  If the answer to
these questions is NO then it is Vaporware.  do not mistake this comment
that I do not think Intel can do this because I have no doubt that Intel
can and will make this chip.

If you go to intels site and look:
http://channel.intel.com/business/ia_chan/micinfo/wrkstn/wsroadmp.htm

you will see that this speed is sceduled to be released duiring the second
half of the year.  That means it will be released no earlier than july. 
So until that time it is vaporware.  For all we know, Intel could have
problems setting up the fab. Fat chance of that actually happening(ranks
up there with getting hit by lightning) but none the less Until the chip
is in the channel, it is vaporware
