No, that's not the reason Apple is in serious trouble. They're in trouble
because they failed to take advantage of their technology advantage back when
they had the chance.  They made poor marketing and strategy decisions.
Microsoft, OTOH, knew exactly how to maneuver itself into market dominance, even
with inferior technology.
