Except for the fact that the greatest computer manufacture ever to r to do
business in the history of mankind ( SGI of course ) bought and now owns
Cray.  www.sgi.com and check out the Cray Origin 2000 Arrays. SGI/Cray is
in the process of building a massively paralleled machine based on teh
R10k for the Los Alamos center so they can simulate above-ground nuclear
weapon detonation.  I don't think one of Intel's little cute toys could
match its speed.
