CoE3 is about to release. Its by the same developers (Illwinter) that created the Dominions games. Dominions 3 is still going strong and being played by people daily who have had it for 5 years. There are threads around on Shrapnel http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/showthread.php?t=47712 and on Desura (where you can pre-order the game for $25) http://www.desura.com/games/conquest-of-elysium-3 which talk about the game in great detail. Its not a hidden beta-testing (no NDA) so any question can be answered. There are also screenshots and a video available. And already two AARs by beta testers. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/forumdisplay.php?f=161 This is a much lighter game than Dominions 3. The AI is great. There is much less micromanagement and the turns go much quicker. I think it will be a favorite blitz style game for IRC channels or Chat rooms. It is also much more fun in Solo play than Dom3.
