What I mean is to maintain the city in the long run . I know I don't have
much villas in my city because this map is very difficult . I have to rely
on food import due to far reach farm and extra farms to pipeline the supply
. I can't increase the tax either coz this is unfavor . My tax contributing
about 4000 per year ( 5300 pop , 8% tax ) and my export contributing 6500
per year . My wages alone need 8500 per year ( 30 Denril wages mainly for
farming and industrial sector ) . Import needs about 2000 per year and plus
others around 1000 per year . How to survive ? I still haven't include the
construction fees .

I cannot reduce the workers coz I need food and things to export .
