You are quite right David, yesterday, the DOJ announced it would not
be able to stop 95 from shipping as it could not prepare anything
before the 24th release date.  Today it was confirmed.  I guess they
will end up with just a $$$ fine.  MS also announced it would limit
the MSN start up to 500,000 people.  This seems to be a ploy to get
the rush to MSN started.  Gates at work again, no doubt.  MS also
released pricing, something like $5/mo for 3 hours and of course a
nice hourly fee of about 2.50.  I might be off on the prices by a bit,
trying to remember what I read earlier.
