We just posted an update for the FreeSpace Demo, taking 1.0 or 1.1 to
1.2.  It's still primarily a Direct3D compatibility test, so we're
very interested in hearing about problems at: fsd...@volition-inc.com.

Here are the version changes for Demo 1.2:
Fixed:
    - Software: 
      · Momentary black screen when changing pilot images 

    - Direct 3D:
      · Permedia2 support added
      · Disappearing stars
      · Brightness grid on Options Menu draws incorrectly 
      · Mouse leaves an odd square shaped area behind sometimes
      · Limited amount of texture transfer. 
      · Should speed up nVidia Riva 128.

    - 3Dfx Glide: 
      · "Mutual Exclusion" bug when detecting video with Voodoo2
      · Black screen startup crash with Voodoo Rush under Glide

Added:
    - 'Bank when pressed' control bindings

Cards not supported under Direct3D (software still works fine):
 - S3 Virge (sometimes works)
 - PowerVR (works but not complete)
 - Oak Warp 5 (untested)
 - Chromatic Mpact2 (untested)
 - Matrox Mystique/Millenium II (unsupported)
