My 14 day trial expired. I can't post to the forums because of this - it says "Login credentials incorrect" even though I can use that same acct ot go into account manager. So I am posting here. How long does it take to switch an expired trial account to a paid accout? I take it this is not an automated process and Eve manually does the charge? I say this because I gave CCP my credit card info on the 28th, and my account still says "trial over - login and extend your accout.." msg when I try to log into Eve. >>From what I read, I am paying for from the moment my trial account expired + 30 days, so I am paying for this time that I can't play, right? I tried a petition, but that's not had any response yet. tx

You say you can log into the account settings page, right? Does it have the credit card information listed there (and is it proper)? Look under My Account -> Subscription Details. No, it doesn't have the details. It's been two days and no response to my billing petition either. I guess CCP doesn't want my business?

Apparently CCP's credit card processing software failed a few days ago. They didn't have a backup plan so they can't get any new accounts directly. I had my character on a 9 day training skill, so one way to look at this is it is free time as long as my 30 days starts on the day I pay for subscribtion once CCP gets a clue.
