Derek does seem to have mellowed some. You should be able to get on the forums
to at least read them. He probably doesn't have your IP address blocked. I
believe he does on mine (at least last time I checked when someone posted a link
to a forum post). Now I can reboot my modem and get in but it usually isn't
worth the small hassel.

That reminds me, I think the last time I was reading the Taco Palace forum,
Epsilon asked a reasonable question about the mouse behavior that can replace
the joystick. After Derek's insulting reponse, I alerted the administrator to
the insulting post and of course signed my own name. A long time later the toady
administrator told Derek what I'd done and Derek blew a fuse (over on
QuarterToThree IIRC).
