A couple of those caught my eye.

Dropship - Ex-Troika, After V:TM I'd look forward to anything from
anyone Troika, even if it is buggy. Being one of the few who like
Fallout:Tactics a wargame/RPG sounds fun to me.

Afterfall - Turn Based and looks falloutish.

The Broken Hourglass - still never tried BG2, but it's by a modder, I
always thought the best mods were better than the original campains for
everything, so I'm interested to see how it turns out, and it's turn
based too :)

Overlord - Hey I always liked Dungeon Keeper, I'd like another go at
being an evil mastermind.

There's a couple that caught my eye in sims too...

Wing Commander Saga - by modders again, but I've been missing wing
commander so long, I'm ready for anything.

and right below it,

The Tomarrow War - It looks really pretty ;)

Of course this could all easily be vaporware, or borken bugware.
