I hope you did'nt found this out by your experience :D No but apart from the jokes, Dr. Smarties was a bit interesting regarding his AI.But then it was obvious he totaly overspun'd it ... if he would actualy invest in this, he COULD (and i repeat it: COULD) do something constructive about it.At least this would be truly Smart ,more than being owned at starforce and avault forums.
