The reason why this struck a nerve with me was because.... These kind
of games seem to try to get people to hang on to their subscriptions by
making the startup a painful experience.  I can understand considering
it a cheat to, for example have an automated aiming program in a FPS.
But a script that automates simple mundane tasks?  Yeah, if your trying
to make it hard to "level up" so people aren't inclined to let your
subscription lapse.  That's sounds like a boring waste of time to me.
Too bad they can't actually come up with a space sim MMORPG that's fun
from the start, and have people want to keep their subscription because
it's an exciting game.
