I wasn't in any doubt about that - any sane person would feel the
same.  I was just trying to stick up for poor Stan.

Dunno, did it?

I'm not certain, but I don't think Elite, FE2 or FFE had the first and
last items in the list either.  IIRC planetary orbits were effectively
rails (albeit rails that were calculated based on real gravitational
effects) and time ran at the same speed wherever you were.  I could be
wrong though.
