Look at the items you have in your inventory--any of them share any 
common traits???  Like something King Richard gave you?!?  And something 
you found early in the game???

	To kill Scotia, you need to use the ****** of Truth.( I've
forgotten what was it called.) Anyway, you need 2 items to make it,
I think one of them is called Ruby of Truth and the other Shard of 
Truth or something. Anyway, one looks like a ruby necklace. When 
you've gotten both pieces, use one of them on the other and the ******
of Truth is formed.
	Just use it on Scotia a few times (I think) and then she won't
be able to change shape. Then you should be able to dispose of her easily.
Hint: Use it on her as soon as you see her.
	This may not be of much help, though I've done my best but it
should point you to the right direction.

you have to use your "ultimate weapon" on her as she is transforming.  
The last form she takes is invincible as far as I know.  I got my 
characters up to well over 15th level using the westwood stick against 
her.  If you don't know what the ultimate weapon that I refered to is, 
then you probably haven't made it yet.
