I've searched everywhere on underdark lvls 1 and 2. I went through the 
web, with the passweb potion. And, thats where i'm stuck. Where
do I go from there?

 After the web on lv2 you find a ladder going up to lv1. At the bottom (sw) of
that level is a small piece of the map 'missing'. Around there is an illusionary wall which will lead you to a new ladder. Search the wall to the south and you will hopefully find it.
