Ok, first question:  South Central, L.A..  Chances are, although you didn't
mention what day you are on, your problem is with the bullets.  You have to
turn ALL of the sixteen or so bullets in to the testing place (I think
it's on the 3rd floor).  You select shelf storage when asked.

Second Question: the range.  I believe that all you do there is have 
shooting practice.  I'm not sure about seeing your score.

You might also want to buy some (two) things in the Mini Mart.
Do you have a photograph of Hickman? Did you show it to the Mini Mart owner? 
Did you look at the things written on the photograph? (word and number - 
you need to use them both.)
