Hail Gamers!

how the hell dost thou kill Mangar and his *&*^% cronies??!! Those damn
Demon Lords keep stoning my characters (including my summoned Demon Lord)
before they can do any damage, and my spells don't seem to work on them,
Mangar, or the Vampire Lords...

the Quest for Clues hintbook said to use Deathstrike against Mangar, but
that doesn't seem to work... Mind Blade and Demon Strike doesn't seem to
work on any of them either..

any ideas?

Hail Gamers!

well, I managed to finish the game the other day... the key was getting
the Spectre Snare *before* confronting Mangar and his cronies

here's what happened - the Snare took care of one Demon Lord, my summoned
Demon Lord went at the other one with no result; the remaining Demon Lord
stoned my Paladin, Mangar killed my Conjurer, but my Bard took out all 3
Vampire Lords at one go with Frost Horn. Mangar fell to my Rogue, of all
people, who killed him in one blow by casting arcfire (of all spells)
from his arcshield. After that, the remaining creatures (the Demon Lord
managed to summon a few other demons) were obliterated/stoned by the
spectre snare and my summoned Demon Lord

thanks to Micheal, Mark, Victar, Sean, and Philip for all thy help and
suggestions :)

That's easy - play the C64-Version;) There you have no Demon Lords,
just ordinary Greater Demons who can't stone:) They're not easy, though,
but overall the C64-Version is much easier than the PC Version which is
a bit unfair sometimes...

Sorry if I was of no help...:)
