I'm stuck in Dragon Lore. I used the fireball on the Spider Web and came to a 
new location where I fought one of the monsters from the intro sequence. Now 
I'm stuck at the pram at the water. My dragon tells me there's something I can 
do with the pram, but I have tried everything. What should I do and where can I 
find what I eventually should use. 

I hope someone can help me out on this one!

You need an oar to move the barge with. (prams are for babies)
examine the carcass of the 'armoured hedgehog' ;-)

If the pram is the little ferryboat, just go and click on the dead monster 
you just killed and he will have an oar in his inventory.  Get it and use it 
on the ferry.  You'll go over to the other side.
