Look behind a tree northeast of the chest near the town wall for a *very 
well* concealed backpack holding the key.

One of the buildings south of town has a hole in it you can jump in to 
get to Slayer (i believe this is so, never actually bothered to go get 
it!) :)

Remember the pedestals just beyond the marble room?  Go back there 
(ugh...) and get the keys (one under each pedestal).  I'll leave it up to 
you to figure out how to move the stupid things.

the Skull of Quakes there.

3 For the door I used the open secret door scroll, or something of that sort.

to get the breath of wind use the aieral servant spell, (can we say 
"irony", of course we can.)

5 in the tombs there should be a glowing hole in the wall about the 
size of the skull, hint,hint
