The sticks are near a ghost house in the northwestern Tenebrae. This 'ghost
house' is a house without roof and ghouls and ghosts wander nearby.

Executioners Hood is a black plant, looks pretty much like an executioners
hood... you will found them insed the city gates near the enterance that
takes you to the graveyard. Changelings are guarding the Executions Hoods...

Head west from the necromancer. Go past the wall. Go another 5-10 steps
further west then due south. You should come across a depression in the
ground and a bunch of changelings in it. Go into the depression, fight
changelings as needed to find grey/black looking plants on top of a mound
in the depression. I fought and killed a bunch of changelings and some of
the booty was these "hoods".

The sticks are found by entering Tenebrae, then west past the next wall
then NW till you come across a broken building with undead walking around
in and out of this building. Usually a Wraith will appear as you near the
building. The sticks are at the SE corner of the building. I found a
bunch of obsideon coins downstairs in this building but it was very
difficult.

Hope this helps...
