The training grounds in Castle Kalindra can train you. But you won't be
able to enter Castle Kalindra until you bring energy disks to Ellinger.

Take them to Ellinger. You'll find him in his tower in Castleview.

Because you haven't brought any Energy Disks to Ellinger yet.
