Awright already - I've cleaned out everything (I think) in the shareware
version (I'll be getting the registered soon!) and raked over those sewers from
stem to stern at least 5 times. I've found the copy of the painting in the
store. I've got the stupid book of prophecies. Where is that painting? I
don't mind the spoiler - I just can't figure this one out.

The painting of the Merchant's wife is located in the Bandit Chief's
antechamber (foyer, whatever).

Yes, spoil me silly too! I can't find the painting either!
I've heard that it's supposed to be on a wall, but WHICH WALL!?
Ugh! Just tell me where it is! Thank you thank you thank you.

By the way, the game is definitely commercial quality.
It definitely got my vote!

I am afraid I don't remember exactly where, but there is a secret
door and when you go into a room, you will fight the bandit master and
his group that is where the painting is.
No, its not the guy with the bounty on his head. He is in a cave
or something like that :/

I remember the secret door located in the left-down corner of one
screen on the first floor, in a small room with a long table.
