Where can I find the symbol referred to in the head of the right hammer?

I have the 2 figurines, the chalice, and the horn, but I can't leave thru
the door in the east.  Help.

On temple level 1 go to the place where you entered chamber with derro leader
(in NE corner).   The corner looks something like this:

              _          _
-------------|x|        |b|---|    . = spinner
             S |        | S   |    S = secret door
             |_|________|_|...|    b = button 
                              |    x = symbol.

Push button b, walk west and get the symbol of Dumathion at x.
