Thanks to everyone who's helped me already.  Next Question, In Pyran, I've got
the Nut Meat, I've talked to Zifnab, and given the flowers and Poetry book to
the prince.  What next?  Is it something to do with the stump over by the 
forest next to the citadel or what?

The stump is the entrance to the dwarf's hometown.  You need to rescue a 
dwarf from the titans to continue this thread.  The reason for the nut 
meat will become clear.
