I've managed to kill it twice. Usually kills most of my party. Last time
I did it I had:

Ninja, w/ light sword, pandoras wand
Lord, w/ excaliber
Samurai w/ murasma blade and wakazashi+1
2 monks w/ Zatochi Bo's
1 Monk w/ elven bow

Basically, I cast Enchanted blade, armorplate and magic
screen before I go in.

When inside, I cast superman on everyone, an armormelt,
firestorm, poison gas and create life (create life will
actuaaly give a monster that can hurt it, unlike
conjuration).

Then I start to hack. Sometimes I'll hide a player
and they won't be affected by the dazzling lights.
This way, I can cast some spells (i.e. stone to
flesh, sane mind).

I'd also say my characters were about level 30.

This really takes patience.
