I need Help

I have found the passage way through the mountain to the plateau.
Problem is there is a gate.  I guess I need to manipulate the levers but
have had no success at this can some one tell me how to get past the
gates?

Also i found the place with the magical dancing plate (or so the note
says) and there are two locked doors, where can i find the keys to open
these doors?
